Return & Replacement Policy

At TruBest, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a 7-day return/replacement policy from the date of delivery.

• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
• Change of Mind: If the product is as described and you still wish to return it, you may do so within 7 days.
• Hygiene Policy: For your safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on products that have been used or washed. Please ensure the items are in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags when returning.
